Is that: from a CT scan report? It doesn't mean much without additional details. It is normal to have some fluid throughout the bowel. Additional features, such as bowel dilatation or bowel wall thickening, need to be assessed to determine whether it is abnormal or not. As it is, "non specific" is....very non specific. Your clinical symptoms are probably more relevant than the ambiguous CT finding.
