Rib pain in teens : This is a super common problem in teens, especially in younger girls. Is it worse with breathing in? What did she do the day or two before this pain started? Tumbling? Swimming? Any prior history of heart disease? Family history of heart disease or sudden death? This clinical picture is almost never cardiac origin, almost always muscular pain. Give it 72 hours, exam if not resolved!
