SVT: Your symptoms suggest an arrhythmia. At 20, the most likely diagnosis is supraventricular tachycardia. Before treatment is considered, an accurate diagnosis must be established. Prolonged monitoring of your rhythm will be necessary. You need to be screened for congenital heart disease with echo and EKG and for thyroid XS. Most often, a simple med will prevent further spells.
