Ensure their Usage: The simple answer, is yes. You ensure their usage, so if there is a extension or part of the orthotic you would rather not have on them. Please feel free to do whatever you want to make them more usable. Most podiatrist do not charge for follow-up regarding custom orthotics, call yours.

Sure: Yes you can cut the dital end but you should change the shell.

Orthotics: Custom orthotics can be trimmed in length if it does not fit in your shoes.
