No: Desloratadine (http://www.drugs.com/mtm/desloratadine.html) is sold as Clarinex here in States, so I suspect you must live in UK, Australia or Canada. Maximum dose in children 2-11yo is just 2.5mg. Adults plus kids 12yo & older may take 5mg daily but there is no approval for twice daily dosing.
