No need: Depending on the specific formula of Nyquil, if it contains doxylamine, it already has an antihistamine. Aerius (generic name - desloratidine), brand name Clarinex (desloratadine) in the USA, is an antihistamine as well. You will suffer no real side effects if you take both, but it is unnecessary.
