Yes!!!: I have no idea what he's got but it can't be good. At best, stomach flu or food poisoning. At worst, appendicitis or bowel obstruction or Incarcerated or strangulated hernia or something along those lines. Don't wait any longer. Take him to ER for evaluation.

After an hour in half after eating, I started having lower stomach pain and gas and I pooped and it was normal. I still had the lower stomach pain, then developed belly button and pelvic pain. Havent pooped again but the pain gets bad. What is this?
