Visit your doc: Pain in or under the ribs could be simply due to a sprain but may also represent something more serious like a gallbladder problem or ulcer of the stomach. The lower left abdomen pain could be due to an ovarian cyst, constipation, or other reason ranging from benign to serious. Best to get seen by your doctor.
