Anovulation : there are different reasons for lack of ovulation. Hormonal imbalance certainly plays a major role. You need to have a thorough GYN evaluation to look at the many possibilities. To blame prolactin or progesterone is a limited way to address the problem. Hope you go see your GYN as soon as possible.
