ForAGuyIt'sA'His'nia: "Sliding"means it's not stuck in one place and so it moves with positional changes and stomach action. So if by"treat" you mean getting it back into normal position, I doubt any form of massage would help,except by relaxing you. As far as"treating"whatever symptoms you may have,I'd bet it wouldn't do much but,hey,give it a try-and if you feel better and it lasts,great!! It's cheaper than surgery!
