Yes: If they were done at the same time they probably mean the same thing. However, generally the > sign means "greater than", so the second suggests that the titers are greater than 1 to 2560. However, I am not familiar with this method of reporting. Possibly it was a typo, especially if it was the same exact test and date. Call and ask lab or physician who ordered the test to be sure.
