Maybe: A hymen used to be a sign of "virtue" especially in Middle Eastern countries. However, the hymen can be stretched and/or broken by the simple insertion of a tampon or finger. So, maybe you "broke" your hymen, or maybe not. A GYN MD visit can tell you the caused of your bleeding definitively.
