See below: A finger can break a hymen depending on how rough you were. She is still a virgin if a penis did not enter her vagina. Fingering her did not cause her to have a period. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine

Yes and yes: Yes she is still technically a "virgin" as she has not yet had intercourse with you( or hopefully anyone else). Yes, a finger can break a hymen or "stretch" it open.

In regards to: virginity- that depends on how one is defining virginity. Some define virginity as having had no penile/ vaginal penetration. However, if that were the case - women who have exclusive female/ female sex would be considered virgins. Using a wider definition which means penetration which is not necessarily by a penis - would change the answer to your question.
