Get medical attentio: You need to see a doctor asap. You may have an esophageal impaction/food bolus. A gastroenterologist needs to examine you. You could have something like esosinophilic esophagitis. Please get seen asap.

Are: you actually able to eat/drink, but with some discomfort or a sensation that something is getting stuck, or are you generally unable to eat/drink at all? If the latter, go to the ER and get evaluated today. If the former, call your doctor for an evaluation.
