Herpes 2: Yes herpes II is genital herpes so you can get it in your mouth from oral sex. it is just like you have chickenpox ( which is a herpes virus ) and herpes I. To prevent outbreaks take lysine 500 mg a day and if you have an outbreak increase it to 1500 mg q day
