What if i give a bj to someone with hsv2 but no symptoms/signs (breakouts) at the moment? i do have hsv1 (oral) but no breakout in a long time.

Might get it.: If this individual had a recent breakout I would abstain. It is probably not going to happen but it is possible. The pt will continue to shed virus for a while after the virus has caused a breakout. This is somewhat risky behavior.
