Confirm: Tubal ligation has a failure rate of 1 in 300. Most are due to something called a tubal fistula. Basically anytime you tie, clip or burn part of a tubal structure it might form an abnormal opening associated with the procedure. This is also a cause of vasectomy failure. Confirm your home test with a blood pregnancy test as the rate of tubal pregnancy is quite high here.
