I am interested in the novasure procedure. i am 28 and have very heavy bleeding, severe cramps and pass blood clots. had a tubal ligation at 23 due to damage from auto wreck. would i be able to have this done?

Probably : Endometrial ablations are great procedures to treat heavy periods. Personally i prefer genesys hta over novasure but both are good procedures. You should have no problem finding a doctor trained to do these. Many are trained to do them in the office under local anesthesia.

Ablation: You need to consult with your local gynecologist. Typically an ultrasound of your uterus is done, measuring the thickness of lining and uterus size. The risks/benefit analysis will then be discussed with you. Bring a good friend for this discussion. The novasure is very effective at slowing down menstrual symptoms.
