When?: When did this happen? After head trauma, iwhenever (even up to a month later) you have a headache that does not respond to tylenol, (acetaminophen) or gets worse, or if you have vomiting, weakness, trouble seeing, feeling or talking, you need to get checked right away. If is mild pain, that does go away with Tylenol, (acetaminophen) see your doc for follow-up in a few days. Definitely get seen if it still aches after a week.
