Probably not: It usually means you have cut off circulation from sleeping in an odd position; however, it could be carpal tunnel syndrome. Try wearing a wrist splint at night to keep your wrists from bending while you sleep, and also pillows under your elbows to avoid pressure there. If it keeps up, see your doctor for testing.
