PE? DVT?: Combining estrogen containing birth control with smoking puts you at risk for blood clots. See a doctor today, right now if possible! We usually think of DVT in the legs, but can be in an arm. Blood clot in the lungs can kill you. Do not wait to see a doctor. Consider ER if no other doctor is available right away.
