Arm pain: Sounds like it may be a nerve issue if you are not able to increase pain from movement or direct pressure. Most common nerve issue the may involve that area is the ulnar nerve or funny bone nerve that would see pain sensations down to your pinky and ring finger. If you have pain more in the index finger than you need to consider carpal tunnel. See your doctor for an exam.
