I did some blood and urine work recently and was diagnosed with strep group b. i'm a male. how could i have gotten this? and i don't feel any symptoms, should i be worried?

Group b strep: nothing to worry, as long as it was not found in the blood stream, it is problematic to pregnant women and babies and people who have immunodeficiency
