Numbness/lump: May be autoimmune, lupus, may be castleman's disease ( LN in axilla), may be temporal arteritis, ( headache left side), sarcoid,MS,cat scratch fever, lyme . Check thyroid, lyme titer, check for cat scratch fever, sed rae, CRP, MRI head and if needed LN biopsy, CXR, f/u with rheumatologist
