Screen for COVID 19: Encourage fluids, check her blood pressure and please see a physician. There are several possible causes including migraine headaches, COVID 19, influenza or infections involving the brain. Watch for neck stiffness, lack of coordination, rash, fever, vomiting and nausea. Close follow up is recommended.
