Headache: Need more information, age, under lying medical problem and medications etc. If the headache was secondary to elevated blood pressure, it should get better with improvement or normalization of the pressure. Continuous headache ache may be from different reason. Dizziness and spinning commonly from inner ear problem. Of course other causes for that too. Better have it examined by your physician
