Moderate exercise: Exercise during pregnancy or any other time in life can be helpful for your physical feeling of well being as well as your physical condition. Exercise during pregnancy is certainly still helpful to give you release of endorphins and good feeling. You must be careful, however, and use moderation. Most importantly ask your obstetrician specifics of limitations. Walking normal pace usually good.
