Pelvic pain with sickle cell anemia

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is probable: Sickle cell anemia can give you both abdominal and pelvic pain when "in crises" mode. Check with a GYN MD to be sure that the pelvic pain is NOT due to a gynecological condition before it is written off as due to sickle cell anemia.
