Get examined: Sometimes itchy patches that some people believe to be recurrent yeast actually turn out to be other gynecological skin diagnoses such as vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia or lichen sclerosis, both of which have to be diagnosed via biopsy and have different treatments. See your gynecologist as soon as you can.

Resistant yeast?: Yeast still may be the best bet. About 15% of vaginal yeast infections are due to Candida species that often are resistant to the "azole" drugs, i.e. the active ingredient in most OTC yeast treatments. Alternate treatment, e.g. nystatin or flucytosine, can help. There are other causes of genital itching as well, and you listed some in your own tags. Time to stop self diagnosis and Rx; see doctor.
