Back pain: This could be an array of issues. Need to be more specific. any trauma, do you excersise, is it muscular strain. Do you have arthrititis, etc. Go to your provider to be evaluated and checked properly. Most of the time people have back pain because they dont strengthen their paraspinal muscles. Look up physical excercises online and try to do them. Maybe this will help.

Underlying cause: I am a functional movement specialist. Most cases I see are due to sitters disease or gait (ex; foot position). But you need to identify the origin and rule out more serious causes. Any neurologic issues like numbness in the legs, no muscle weakness, no fever, no urinary pain, fever, genital discharge, acute trauma, insect bites, etc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TO8Il3vdxQ

See Dr: Chronic low back pain is very common. Not everyone is the same. Usually the Dr to begin with is an orthopedic surgeon. Some places have a "spine clinic". Beware of chiropractors, beware of any practitioner not an MD. While many people improve with time, regardless of any therapy, some people need a sophisticated approach. Stay away from any promise of a quick or easy cure.

Massage, exercise: And medicine like NSAID will help. Xray can diagnose what is the problem. Proper posture is important too.

Go see ur Family Doc: You need to evaluation to determine cause of low back pain all the time. Your Family Doc will ask what makes it better? Worse? Any trauma/injury? Burning upon urination? Bloody urine? Blisters in a row/stripe? Numbness, tingling or weakness in legs? Loss of bladder and/or bowel control? Unexplained fever, sweats & chills? Risky behaviors like IV drug use? As you can see, many reasons for LBP.
