Male pattern: hair loss. There are two effective medications to prevent male pattern hair loss. There is rogaine (minoxidil) which is topical and there is the oral medication propecia.

Hair loss: Hair loss is from your genes but at your age I would have a check up to be sure not another cause for your hair loss such as thyroid problems.
