Surgery effects.: Having a major surgery can certainly cause a disruption in the normal menstrual cycle. It can take a few months to get back to normal sometimes. If you don't ovulate, by the testing method that has worked for you before, for 3 or 4 months, follow-up with your doc. Also, ask your doc about this at your next visit, too.
