Hard to say!: Are you drinking enough water? Did you eat before your work out? You may need to have a small low-protein snack like an orange or two, 30-60 minutes before you exercise to make sure you have enough energy to fuel your routine. Also, dehydration can cause headaches. If drinking more water and during workout and a small snack does not help, check with a doc to find out what's up.
