No: The only proven way to minimize the development of wrinkles is prevention of skin damage, good health, a family history of robust skin and gentle conscientious cleansing with the use of a good moisturizer. So don't smoke, eat healthy carotene rich foods, apply sunscreens and cleanse your skin of make-up residues etc. At least once a day. Retin-a helps; particularly with oily skin.
