Yes : clean a wound daily with saline solution or a shower then pat dry with paper towel then apply Bacitracin

Yes: Assuming no allergies, yes, you can apply topical antibiotics to wounds. Best to keep clean. Bactroban is a brand of topical mupirocin (http://www.drugs.com/bactroban.html). If wound becomes more red, painful or drains more pus, go see Family Doc for evaluation & treatment.

Yes you can...: Although the major pus has been drained out, the bacitracin may stop entry of bacteria from skin into the wound cavity.
