R/O CONCUSSION : In a high speed MVA. It is not unusual to get a concussion. Initial head CT may be negative. Follow up with your doctor and a neurologist. I usually recommend monthly visits for 3-4 months to evaluate for POST-CONCUSSIVE SYNDROME. If symptoms persist or worsen, a brain MRI AND MRA may be necessary.
