ALL w/side effects: There isn't a single medication which is either indicated or primarily used for GAD that cannot POTENTIALLY affect male libido. Why not try cognitive behavioral therapy as a way of treating or trying to treat your anxiety. If it works that could cut back on the type or amount of medication you'd have to use.

SSRI and sex drive: Consult prescribing provider. One may find that either Lexapro (escitalopram) or Valium (diazepam) alone or in combination affect sex drive. Options: Reduce Dose of either or both meds. Note: RA and Methromexate can negatively affect libido. Another option would be to add low-dose Bupropion. Finally, short bursts of high intensity exercise 2-3 times a day can boost hormones connected to libido.
