Either: Usually antibiotics can cause stomach discomfort but any medication may do that. If you are eating while taking it, consider using Tums (calcium carbonate) since you probably only have 2 more days to go. It is unlikely that the antibiotic will flare your MG. Hope you feel better soon and are able to get some strength back.
