Muscle tension: head posture can cause headaches and neck aches especially if you work on a desk top computer or laptop. If you have a tendency to move your head forward toward the screen as you type and clenching, it will give you headaches on the sides of your head and later neck ache. Check your ergonomics and be aware of your head position, shoulder and arms when you are typing and if you're clenching
