Low Hg: You probably have hemolysis because your hemoglobin is dropping too fast unless you received chemotherapy 7-10 days ago and now your bone marrow is suppressed and the values are going to continue to drop; if this is the case your white blood count and platelets should be very low too

See doctor NOW: This is an extremely rapid and potentially very dangerous drop in hemoglobin, especially over only one day. Chemotherapy alone is unlikely to cause such a rapid drop -- worried about bleeding somewhere (internal?) or hemolytic anemia, which could be due to an infection brought on by chemo. PIck up the phone and call your doctor or clinic right now. If you can't get through, go to a hospital.
