Pinched nerve: The combination of tingling and numbness indicates nerve involvement if persistent. For pain and discomfort, take OTC pain reliever like ibuprofen 400 mg three times daily for a couple of days. If symptoms persist, should make an appointment with your PMD for an evaluation. Feel better:)
