To ER!: Abdominal pain that does not resolve in a few hours, especially if constant and not crampy, can be very serious Go to an ER if an over the counter antacid liquid or tablet with gas relief does not help.If you have fever, vomiting, increasing pain or dizziness go right away and don't drive yourself.
