This constellation of symptoms is best handled with neurological consultation. Not feasible to be precise, but would certainly investigate potential spinal cord problems via MRI, especially with neurogenic bladder. Lumbar puncture might be indicated. The Brain MRI lesions might well be nonspecific, but positive spinal cord lesions and spinal fluid studies could confirm diagnosis.
