In theory at least: Yes. But many other causes are possible too (hair dye, aniline exposure, etc).

Bladder cancer: The most common cause of bladder is smoking cigarets. Although second hand smoke has not clearly been established as a cause fro bladder cancer, it has been the cause of lung cancer.

Possible: Cigarettes moking is the most common cause, as are other chemical exposures, chronic bladder inflammation, consumption of smoked meats and nitrates, and other exposures to known carcinogens.
