Drug allergy?: This rash sounds like it could be an allergy to the antibiotic, especially if it is itchy or if it appears elsewhere. Probably it has nothing to do with your contraceptive pills. You should contact the doctor treating your UTI, to document whether she or he agrees and the safety of taking the same or similar antibiotic in the future. Good luck!
