Fatty liver: You can start with decreasing dietary carbohydrates and increasing your daily exercise to 30 at least 5 days a week. One of the more common causes of fatty liver is a diet high in carbohydrates and fats. This means decreasing breads (naans for example) and rice and also fired foods. Good luck. Eat more protein and vegetables.
