Hi, my sgpt level is 76 (normal rang is < 45) i have a horrible stomach or liver pain for one year, need to know best diet plan and ways to reduce it.

Need for evaluation: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it is important to determine why SGPT is elevated and the treatment should be directed at the cause. If you are overweight, it is important to reduce weight. You should get tested for hepatitis infection among other issues.
