Wait, see MD first.: Can? Yes. Should, no! i would be very surprised if any dentist would elect to remove teeth or even treat a patient at all with those symptoms. See your physician (which you should do anyway, especially with chest pains) and when you are healthy enough and cleared for treatment, get your dental work completed.

Why risk it?: Chest pain = concern of heart condition. Cough = risk of continued bleeding after the extraction. Best to see a physician , clear up your symptoms and improve your chances of an incident free procedure with your dentist.
