10-60 days: Assuming you are referring to HIV testing , RNA/PCR based tests can be reliable at about 10 days while antibody based tests require 2-3 months after exposure to be reliable, especially if the result is negative.

Together, 100%: 1) Probably around 95-98% 2) Probably 95%. The combination of the two tests is 100% proof you don't have HIV. By 6-8 weeks, everyone with HIV has the virus by PCR, or antibody, or both. There are no exceptions. For sure you don't have HIV. Stop worrying and stop testing. Good luck and stay safe.
