Sometimes when i bend over or twist my neck a certain way, i get very dizzy,have fallen, then my neck starts hurting,and upper teeth start hurting.

Get checked.: At your age, it is important to get checked, to find out why this is happening. There are several possible causes, including narrowing of your arteries, arthritic changes in your spine pressing on nerves, etc. Can't say without an exam and the appropriate testing. It's important that you get checked, so treatment can be undertaken if needed, In the meantime, avoid the movements that cause it.

No neck twisting: Dizziness associated with bending over or twisting the neck suggests decreased blood flow to the brain and/ or compression of blood vessels and stimulation of the vagus nerve. Please do not twist your neck, and be careful when bending over.
